We've never met. The first time we met was on her wedding day. We arrived at her house early in the morning and were so curious to meet the bride. We walked in the room, there she was, a young and adorable lady, so friendly that it made us felt like we've known each other for quite sometimes. Truly, we appreciate her trust in us, communicating with us via emails and then appointed us as their wedding photographers for their wedding and ROM in Singapore.
Warm and friendly family and friends, they really made us felt at ease. In the merry tea ceremony, we saw "Ah Ma" in her tearful joy, she's overjoyed and I'm equally affected. What emotions and feelings would that be, seeing her grandson getting married. :)
ROM ceremony flowed beautifully. Every words spoken by the solemnizer carried a lot of weight. He has shared many personal experiences and thoughts about marriage and had given his personal advice to the couple. And I would say, I'm enlightened.
Wedding dinner started out with nice jazzy songs, bridesmaids in their stunning outfits, sitting at the reception writing their best wishes in a lovely card to be given to the couple, especially their best friend - Pei Shan. We're thrilled to be seeing Gerald's fellow navy comrades doing their last rehearsal of the wedding march in. They're all dressed in their navy uniform, smart and neat. We're honored to have met them. Some relatives and friends enjoying their small talk while having their cocktails. I was capturing every bits of the details, and as I turned around and observed all these, I saw the weak yet warm sunshine come shining into the marquee wedding venue. It's like the perfect evening. And I think we couldn't have asked for more. :)
Fairy-tale type of gown. :)
Yes, another bunch of cool and participative bridesmaids and best men!
Followed by the ROM ceremony before the wedding dinner...
I love this especially. :)
